Hyde & Stone is Designed & Made in Australia. We are built on the foundations of mindful manufacturing. We produce all garments in limited quantities only to meet the demand of our customers.

Hyde & Stone would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

We ensure all images are photographed professionally and all garments are listed correctly. We strongly suggest to choose carefully when purchasing online and read all descriptions.

We offer the following:

* Ready to ship - this will be dispatched on the day of your order.

* Made to order- Only on exclusive styles or if product stock is not readily available.

* Pre order - available to ship on a particular date.

RETURNS

Hyde & Stone would like you feel confident when purchasing online and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please note Hyde & Stone Returns & Exchange policy is within 7 days of receiving your order.

Hyde & Stone does not offer refunds for Change of mind purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return for Exchange of size, colour or to provide an Online Store Credit valid for 1 year.

To be eligible for return garments must be unwashed, unworn, in original unaltered condition with original packaging bag with correct tags attached.

We do not offer returns, exchange or credit on sale garments.

 

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

*Please note all return shipment costs are paid by the customer. 

Step 1. 

Contact us at - info@hydeandstone.com.au as soon as you have received your order. Please include your order number, details and your reason for return of item(s).

Step 2.

Once your return has been accepted via email please return to the address provided. Please ensure the garment/s that you are returning are in their original packaging bag and packaged securely in a box or satchel. Please include your return details and order number.

Please also include a paid postage slip inside your parcel if you choose to exchange garments.

*Please note that we do not accept liability for lost or damaged return parcels.

 

For International customers we allow additional 9 business of returning.

Please email us with your tracking details and order number once completed.

 

Step 3.

Once your garment/s have been received they will be inspected based on the above conditions we will provide an Exchange or provide a code for your Online store credit to the value of the goods less shipment costs. 

FAULTY CLAIMS

Please note that each order is meticulously quality checked prior to packing and being dispatched. However in the rare case that you receive the incorrect garment or one that you believe is in a damaged condition please contact us immediately providing images of the issue and the order number to - info@hydeandstone.com.au. 

We will review the information is correct and any errors.. Claims for items purchased two months or more prior are considered outside of the faulty claim period. For Faulty items we offer to repair, replacement or a full refund. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered faulty.

Please note

Hyde & Stone reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In the instance where your garment(s) are not accepted the items is not accepted, it will be returned to you.

Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable.
