We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $250 with Australia post. Yes, we ship internationally. Please see domestic and international shipping rates and delivery time frames below.

How your order is delivered:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL GARMENTS ARE HAND MADE TO ORDER IN BYRON BAY, AUSTRALIA.

We generally allow up to a week for production and then as per Australia post shipment guide below.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Shipping prices are calculated by location.

Standard delivery: Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of your item.

Please note this excludes production time, as above for details.

Express delivery: Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of your item. And for pre-order styles, add a further 2 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping prices are calculated by location.

Standard delivery: Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery of your item.

Express Post: Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery of your item.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Hyde & Stone takes great pride in our quality. Each garment is hand made to order in Byron Bay, Australia.

We want you to love your Hyde & Stone garment as much as we do.

Please note that Hyde & Stone Returns & Exchange policy is within 14 days from receiving your purchase.

Hyde & Stone will happily offer you an exchange or credit note for full priced and some promotional (excluding sale) items subject to the following conditions; 

The item must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition.

We do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items. 

Returned items must include all their original tags attached to the correct piece.

Before returning the item Hyde & Stone must be contacted via email within 7 days of receiving your item so we can arrange an exchange or credit note. When contacting us please ensure you include your order number. 

Please note this excludes shipment costs.

Please keep in mind, Hyde & Stone only offers refunds when an item has been received in a faulty condition. A faulty condition is described as an item that has been received in a damaged condition, or has a major problem. If your item is received this way please contact us and we will either fix the piece for you, offer a replacement, or if both of these are unavailable we will offer a full refund.
