We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $250 with Australia post.  Please see Domestic and International Shipping rates and delivery time frames below.

 

How your order is delivered:

Hyde & Stone is Designed & Made in Australia. We are built on the foundations of mindful manufacturing. We produce all garments in limited quantities only to meet the demand of our customers.

We offer the following:

* Ready to ship - this will be dispatched on the day of your order.

* Made to order- Only on exclusive styles or if product stock is not readily available.

* Pre order - available to ship on a particular date.

Standard delivery: Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of your item.

Express delivery: Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of your item.

RETURNS

Hyde & Stone would like you feel confident when purchasing online and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please note Hyde & Stone Returns & Exchange policy is within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to accept a return on *Ready to ship and  *Pre order garments Only if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Full priced *Ready to ship and *Pre order garments may be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.

To be eligible for return garments must be unwashed, unworn, in original unaltered condition with original packaging bag with correct tags attached.

Please note with our *Made to order garments we offer an exchange of sizing or store credit for full priced items Only. 

We do not offer returns, exchange or credit on sale garments.

 

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

*Please note all return shipment costs are paid by the customer. 

Step 1. 

Contact us at - info@hydeandstone.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details and your reason for return of item(s).

Step 2.

Once your return has been accepted via email please return to the address provided. Please ensure the garment/s that you are returning are in their original packaging bag and packaged securely in a box or satchel. Please include your return details and order number.

Please note that we do not accept liability for lost or damaged return parcels.

For International customers we allow additional 9 business of returning.

Please email us with your tracking details and order number once completed.

Step 3.

Once your garment/s have been received they will be inspected based on the above conditions we will provide a refund to the original form of payment method less shipment costs or provide a code for your online store credit to the value of the goods less shipment costs.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive the refund.

Refunds for orders placed on Afterpay are processed automatically - any payments already made will be refunded and any future payments will be adjusted and/ or cancelled according to the balance owing through Afterpay.

 

FAULTY CLAIMS

Please note that each order is meticulously quality checked prior to packing and being dispatched. However in the rare case that you receive the incorrect garment or one that you believe is in a damaged condition please contact us immediately providing images of the issue and the order number to - info@hydeandstone.com.au. 

We will review the information is correct and any errors.. Claims for items purchased two months or more prior are considered outside of the faulty claim period. For Faulty items we offer to repair, replacement or a full refund. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered faulty.

 

Please note

Hyde & Stone reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. In the instance where your garment(s) are not accepted the items is not accepted, it will be returned to you.

Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable.
