Please give us a brief introduction of yourself Neada?
I'm the founder and CEO of LESSE, a line of uncompromising and organic skin care essentials. I was born and raised in Sydney, moved to New York where I worked in fashion and media throughout my twenties, and now reside in Los Angeles with my husband. I love spending time out in nature, long dinners with friends, traveling to distant places, and slow evenings with skin care.
How do you plan to fulfill your creative desires in 2022?
A return to travel, which always ignites me creatively. New products and new campaigns for LESSE. Seeking out rare vintage records for the new sound system we just ordered for our house.
Current favourite artist?
I studied art history and have always loved art deeply, so it's impossible to choose a favorite. Some that come to mind include Francis Bacon, Carl André, Christo and Jeanne-Claude, Picasso, Basquiat, Caravaggio and Marina Abramovich—particularly her early work.
Architecture inspiration right now?
Le Corbusier, Louis de Koninck, Eileen Gray, Max Bill, Frank Lloyd Wright.
Favourite sound currently?
Eric Dolphy, Pharoah Sanders, Kendrick Lamar, Nirvana, Nicolas Jaar.
